Abdulla Al Ghurair Foundation Consent:

Kindly note that The Fifth Element Academy and the Abdulla Al Ghurair Foundation, and its affiliated entities, require a data consent approval in order to include you in the Reach Pathway, part of the Nomu Al Ghurair Program. Without this consent it will not be possible to enroll you and support your learning journey.
In line with relevant data protection legislation, your data will be collected, processed, stored and transferred appropriately. As part of Nomu Al Ghurair Reach Program aims to support with employment opportunities, when possible and relevant your data may be shared with potential employers for review and selection purposes.
Please read thoroughly the below consent and be aware that while you are entitled to withhold your consent, without consent it will not be possible for you to take part in the Reach Pathway, part of the Nomu Al Ghurair Program.


Upon application I consent to:

  • My personal data being collected, processed, stored and transferred by the Abdulla Al Ghurair Education Program Ltd. and associated affiliate entities, including Al Ghurair Foundation for Education (together “AGF”), and by The Fifth Element, for the purposes of administration of the Reach Pathway, part of the Nomu Al Ghurair Program.
  • AGF contacting me about other relevant education programs or events that I might be interested in.

In case I am selected to join the Reach Pathway, part of the Nomu Al Ghurair Program, I also consent to:

  • My name, e-mail address, ID, and training track being shared with potential employers, which may contact me for feedback and/or to support my onward education and career journey.
  • My Personal Data being transferred from The Fifth Element, in Abu Dhabi, to AGF, located in the Dubai International Financial Centre.
  • My Personal Data being transferred to the relevant jurisdiction in the United Arab Emirates according to the location of my potential employers (if applicable)
  • Receiving emails and other communications about topics, programs, events, jobs, internships, scholarships, and similar programs that AGF believe may be of my interest.
  • AGF contacting me for research and survey purposes.

Your consent above is a requirement for you to be eligible to apply for the Reach Pathway, part of the Nomu Al Ghurair Program.

يرجى ملاحظة أن أكاديمية العنصر الخامس ومؤسسة عبد الله الغرير، والمؤسسات التابعة لها، بحاجة إلى موافقتك لجمع البيانات من أجل إدراجك في المسار التعليمي ريتش من برنامج نمو الغرير. دون هذه الموافقة، لن يكون من الممكن تسجيلك ودعم مسيرتك التعليمية۔
تماشياً مع التشريعات المعمول بها لحماية البيانات، سيتم جمع بياناتك ومعالجتها وتخزينها ونقلها بشكل مناسب. كجزء من برنامج نمو الغرير ريتش، الذي يهدف إلى دعم فرص العمل، قد يتم مشاركة بياناتك مع أصحاب العمل في المستقبل للمراجعة والاختيار عندما يكون ذلك مناسبًا۔

:عند تقديم الطلب، أوافق على

  • جمع ومعالجة وتخزين ونقل بياناتي الشخصية من قبل برنامج عبد الله الغرير للتعليم والمؤسسات التابعة له، بما في ذلك مؤسسة عبد الله الغرير للتعليم، وكذلك من قبل أكاديمية العنصر الخامس، لأغراض إدارة برنامج نمو الغرير ريتش.
  • الاتصال بي من قبل مؤسسة عبد الله الغرير بشأن برامج أو فعاليات تعليمية أخرى قد أكون مهتمًا بها.

:في حال تم اختياري للانضمام إلى المسار التعليمي ريتش من برنامج نمو الغرير، أوافق أيضًا على

  • مشاركة اسمي، بريدي الإلكتروني، الهوية، ومسار التدريب مع أصحاب العمل المحتملين الذين قد يتواصلون معي للحصول على ملاحظات و/أو لدعم مسيرتي التعليمية والمهنية المستقبلية.
  • نقل بياناتي الشخصية من أكاديمية العنصر الخامس في أبو ظبي إلى مؤسسة عبد الله الغرير، الموجودة في مركز دبي المالي العالمي.
  • نقل بياناتي الشخصية إلى الاختصاص القضائي المعني في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة وفقًا لموقع أصحاب العمل المحتملين (إذا كان ينطبق).
  • تلقي الرسائل الإلكترونية وأشكال أخرى من التواصل بشأن المواضيع والبرامج والفعاليات والوظائف والتدريب الداخلي والمنح الدراسية وبرامج مشابهة يعتقد مؤسسة عبد الله الغرير أنها قد تهمني.
  • الاتصال بي من قبل مؤسسة عبد الله الغرير لأغراض البحث واستطلاعات الرأي.

تعتبر موافقتك على النقاط أعلاه شرطًا أساسيًا لتكون مؤهلاً للتقدم إلى المسار التعليمي ريتش من برنامج نمو الغرير۔
